Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini chopped
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup salami chopped
  • 1/2 cup turkey or ham chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini, provolone, salami, and turkey or ham in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly until all ingredients are coated.
  • Serve immediately for best crunch and freshness.

  • Chop all ingredients finely for maximum flavor.
  • Add banana peppers or olives for extra tanginess.
  • Substitute provolone with mozzarella if preferred.
