Ingredients
  

  • cups crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 dragon fruits sliced and frozen overnight
  • Juice of 2–4 fresh limes
  • ¾ cup light coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Freeze sliced dragon fruit overnight until completely solid.
  • Combine frozen dragon fruit, crushed ice, sugar, lime juice, and coconut milk in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust flavor by adding more lime juice for tanginess or sugar for additional sweetness, if needed.
  • Serve immediately for a soft sorbet texture or freeze for 2–3 hours for firmer scoops.

Notes

  • Add fresh mint during blending for extra freshness.
  • Use honey or maple syrup instead of sugar if preferred.
