Punch down the dough and shape into a loaf or preferred form.
Place shaped dough on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan, cover, and let rise until puffy, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
Cool bread on a wire rack before slicing.
To make honey orange butter, beat softened butter until smooth, then mix in honey, orange zest, and orange juice until creamy.
Slice the bread and spread with honey orange butter while still slightly warm.
