- 4 oz whipped cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup imitation crab smoked salmon, canned tuna, or cooked shrimp (optional)
- 1 tbsp furikake seasoning or everything bagel seasoning optional
- 1 tbsp spicy mayo or sriracha optional
Thinly slice cucumbers and onion, keeping the cucumber slices crisp and thin.
