Equipment

  • 1 piping bag or zip-top bag with corner snipped
  • 1 small spoon or paring knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh large strawberries
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup finely crushed graham crackers
  • Optional: 2 tbsp softened cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry strawberries, remove stems, then slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
  • Carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry half using a small spoon or paring knife.
  • In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • For cheesecake flavor, fold in softened cream cheese and beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • Transfer whipped cream mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a snipped corner.
  • Pipe a soft swirl of whipped cream onto each hollowed strawberry half.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham cracker crumbs over the whipped cream on each strawberry.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up the cream slightly.

Notes

  • Use large strawberries for easier filling.
  • Dry strawberries well to prevent cream from sliding.
  • Drizzle with melted white chocolate for extra indulgence.
