- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce optional
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat; stir in crushed red pepper flakes and optional hot sauce. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes, then remove to infuse.
Combine cubed watermelon, crumbled feta, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped fresh mint in a large bowl.
