Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 box about 11 oz vanilla wafers
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced

Instructions
 

  • Whisk pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract until thickened, then chill for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture until combined.
  • In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and pudding mixture.
  • Repeat layering until the dish is full, finishing with a pudding layer on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with extra strawberries or a vanilla wafer before serving.

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • Macerate strawberries with sugar for extra juiciness.
