Ingredients
  

  • lb baby potatoes halved
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper optional
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Place halved baby potatoes, green beans, sliced sausage, and sliced onion into the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper (if using), and chicken broth.
  • Pour the seasoning mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker and gently toss to coat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir the cooked dish, adjust seasoning as needed, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Brown sausage before slow cooking for enhanced flavor.
  • Add Cajun seasoning for extra spice.
