- 1½ lb baby potatoes halved
- 12 oz smoked sausage sliced
- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper optional
- ¼ cup chicken broth
Place halved baby potatoes, green beans, sliced sausage, and sliced onion into the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper (if using), and chicken broth.
