Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the shrimp, followed by grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes until shrimp are pink, opaque, and cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired, and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Swap cheeses with mozzarella and Romano for flavor variation.
  • Add cayenne or red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Broil 1–2 minutes for crispier cheese.
