Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups mini pretzels twists or sticks
  • 1 cup caramel bits or soft caramels unwrapped
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk, dark, or mixed
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pretzels evenly over the lined baking sheet.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel bits or unwrapped caramels with heavy cream.
  • Heat the caramel mixture in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each, until smooth and pourable.
  • Drizzle the warm caramel evenly over the pretzels.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the caramel layer.
  • Allow chocolate chips to soften for a few minutes, then spread melted chocolate into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle sea salt over the warm chocolate layer to taste.
  • Refrigerate the bark for at least 30 to 45 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Break the set bark into pieces and serve.
