- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup basil pesto store-bought or homemade
- 1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: cherry tomatoes sliced

Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
