  • 7 fl oz romaine or mixed lettuce chopped

  • 1.4 oz fresh blueberries
  • 1.4 oz canned mandarin oranges drained
  • 1.4 oz canned pineapple chunks drained
  • 0.5 oz toasted chopped almonds or pecans optional
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 0.3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 0.07 oz poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • Arrange chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and pineapple chunks in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle toasted almonds or pecans on top if using.
