Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll chilled sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into heart shapes using the cookie cutter.
  • Place the cookies on a nonstick baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread a generous layer of cream cheese frosting over each cooled cookie, then arrange sliced berries and kiwi on top in decorative patterns.
  • Refrigerate the assembled fruit pizzas until ready to serve for best freshness and texture.
