Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 recommended
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp onion powder optional
  • 8 small slider buns
  • Optional toppings: mustard pickles, cheese slices, diced onions, ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and chopped onion to the skillet.
  • Cook the beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully browned and cooked through.
  • Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and optional garlic and onion powders.
  • Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and combined.
  • Split the slider buns and spoon warm beef mixture onto each bottom bun, keeping the meat loose to stay juicy.
  • Add any desired toppings such as mustard, pickles, cheese, diced onions, or ketchup.
  • Place the top buns on and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Use 80/20 ground beef for juicier sliders.
  • Add cheese slices before topping buns for cheesy sliders.
  • Try adding BBQ or hot sauce for extra flavor.
