Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 small jalapeño finely chopped
  • 1 –2 tbsp balsamic glaze or hot honey
  • cracked black pepper to taste
  • tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl until fluffy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  • Evenly sprinkle crumbled bacon, sliced scallions, and chopped jalapeño over the dip.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze or hot honey over the top.
  • Season with cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Serve chilled or slightly warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
