- 2 tablespoons key lime juice or fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut optional
- 1-2 tablespoons white chocolate chips optional
- Extra lime zest for garnish
