- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
- 2 tablespoons low-sugar pizza sauce optional
- cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
Place one slice of pepperoni in each muffin cup, gently pressing to form a small cup shape.
