  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk for egg wash
  • 1 Rolling Pin optional, for rolling pastry
  • 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter or knife for cutting pastry shapes

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
