Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices brioche bread
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Spread Nutella evenly between pairs of brioche slices to form four sandwiches.
  • Use a heart-shaped sandwich cutter to cut each sandwich into heart shapes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon until smooth to create the custard.
  • Dip each heart-shaped sandwich into the custard, coating both sides fully.
  • Heat a buttered skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  • Serve warm with optional toppings like powdered sugar, fresh berries, maple syrup, or extra Nutella drizzle.
