Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Shredded carrots optional
  • Sliced cucumber optional
  • Avocado slices optional
  • Green onions optional
  • Sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Season turkey with paprika, chili powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Stir well and remove from heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar or lime juice until smooth to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Divide cooked rice among bowls.
  • Top rice with the seasoned ground turkey.
  • Add optional toppings like shredded carrots, cucumber slices, avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  • Drizzle Bang Bang sauce generously over the bowls.
  • Serve warm, with extra sauce on the side if desired.
