- 12 oz smoked sausage or kielbasa sliced into thick rounds
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish

Whisk honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and smoked paprika together in a small bowl to create the glaze.
Toss sausage slices and pineapple chunks with olive oil and half of the prepared glaze until evenly coated.
Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the sausage and pineapple for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until caramelized and grill marks appear.
Brush the remaining glaze onto the sausage and pineapple during the last minute of grilling.
Allow the grilled ingredients to cool slightly, then thread chunks of pineapple and sausage onto toothpicks.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or cilantro and serve warm.
