- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast in a mixing bowl.
Add warm water and 2 tablespoons olive oil, then mix into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
