Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granola or crushed nuts
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly about 1/4-inch thick over the lined baking sheet.
  • Scatter sliced strawberries, granola or nuts, and chocolate chips evenly on top.
  • Place in freezer and freeze for 2 to 3 hours until completely solid.
  • Break frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt to prevent icy texture.
  • Add blueberries or shredded coconut for variation.
  • Store in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Let bark sit 2 minutes at room temperature before eating for best flavor.
