Ingredients
  

  • 1 16.5 oz package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, grapes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Press sugar cookie dough evenly into a 10–12 inch circle on the prepared pan.
  • Bake cookie crust for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden, then let cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange fresh fruit decoratively on top of the frosting.
  • Refrigerate the assembled fruit pizza for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
