Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 3.5 oz milk chocolate chopped
  • 3.5 oz unsalted butter
  • 5 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3.5 oz chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 3.5 oz dried cranberries
  • 1.75 oz crushed biscuits digestive or tea biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter together using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and crushed biscuits until everything is well coated.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and press down gently to form a smooth layer.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until fully set.
  • Lift the set rocky road from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares or festive shapes.
  • Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for a snowy effect before serving.
