  • 1 bowl
  • 1 spoon for scooping clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries finely chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • cups chocolate melted (dark or milk)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey in a bowl until well mixed.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet to form small clusters.
  • Freeze the clusters for 30 minutes until firm.
  • Dip each frozen cluster into melted chocolate and place them back onto the baking sheet.
  • Freeze again for 30 to 60 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
  • Serve immediately from the freezer for the best texture.

Notes

  • Chop strawberries finely to help clusters stay intact.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty flavor.
  • Store frozen in an airtight container to maintain texture.
  • Honey can be replaced with maple syrup as a natural sweetener.
