Equipment

  • 1 serving bowl to serve chocolate dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Graham crackers
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Pretzels
  • Chocolate chip cookies

Instructions
 

  • Heat heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
  • Remove from heat and add semi-sweet chocolate chips; let sit for 1 minute.
  • Stir mixture until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Transfer chocolate dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Arrange graham crackers, fresh strawberries, pretzels, and chocolate chip cookies around the bowl on a platter.
  • Serve immediately while the chocolate dip is warm and creamy.

Notes

  • Add marshmallows or bananas as additional dippers.
  • Swap semi-sweet with dark, milk, or white chocolate if preferred.
  • Keep dip warm over a tea candle to maintain creaminess.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on the dip for enhanced flavor contrast.
