- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ½ cup diced onion
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend
