Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 large heirloom Campari, or vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced medium-thin
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese sliced medium-thin
  • Large handful fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt for finishing

Instructions
 

  • Slice the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into medium-thin slices of similar thickness.
  • Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a serving plate.
  • Tuck fresh basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil evenly over the arranged salad.
  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the salad just before serving.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors.
