Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and creamy.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a ¼ to ½ inch thick layer.
  • Sprinkle fresh blueberries evenly over the yogurt and then top with granola, gently pressing it to adhere.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
  • Remove from freezer and break the yogurt into bark-style pieces. Serve immediately or return to freezer for storage.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Substitute blueberries with strawberries or raspberries.
  • Add white chocolate drizzle before freezing for extra sweetness.
  • Use thick Greek yogurt for creamier texture.
