Ingredients
  

  • 1 head romaine lettuce cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced (optional)
  • 1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut romaine lettuce into 4 wedges and place each on a serving plate.
  • Top each romaine wedge with sliced or diced cooked chicken.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, and optional cucumber slices on top.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar or blue cheese over each wedge.
  • Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing evenly onto the wedges; add lemon juice if desired.
