- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Form the ground turkey into 4 loose balls and season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
