  • 4 skewers (wooden skewers soaked if wooden)
  • 1 whisk

Ingredients
  

  • lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha to taste
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Chopped green onions optional for garnish
  • Sesame seeds optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Thread chicken evenly onto soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 °F, grill to medium heat, or oven to 425 °F.
  • Cook the skewers: Air fry for 10–12 minutes turning once; or grill for 10–12 minutes turning occasionally; or bake for 15–18 minutes flipping halfway.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar or lime juice until smooth to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Brush or drizzle the sauce over hot chicken skewers.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds as desired before serving.

Notes

  • Reserve extra sauce for dipping to add more flavor.
  • For crispy edges, broil skewers 1–2 minutes after baking.
  • Adjust sriracha amount to control spice level.
  • Serve with rice, slaw, or put inside wraps for a full meal.
