Ingredients
  

  • 1 15-count package frozen mini fillo shells, thawed
  • ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange the fillo shells on a baking tray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, and onion powder until creamy and well mixed.
  • Spoon the cheese and bacon mixture evenly into each fillo shell.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, filling is hot, and edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
