Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados sliced
  • 2 to 3 cups cherry or vine tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls or sliced mozzarella
  • ΒΌ cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: flaky sea salt or red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocados and halve the tomatoes. Pat mozzarella dry if needed.
  • Arrange avocado slices, tomatoes, and mozzarella on a serving plate in layers or a circular pattern.
  • Scatter torn basil leaves evenly over the salad.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar or glaze.
  • Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy its fresh and creamy texture.

  • Use burrata instead of mozzarella for extra richness.
