Amazing No-Bake Tiramisu

- 1½ cups strong brewed coffee cooled
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar divided
- 2 large eggs separated
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese softened
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup ladyfingers
- unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.
Whisk egg yolks with half of the sugar until pale and creamy, then mix in mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
Beat egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture, then fold in egg whites carefully to keep mixture light.
Dip ladyfingers quickly into cooled coffee without soaking and arrange a layer in the serving dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and remaining cream.
Dust the top generously with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours before serving to develop flavor and texture.
